  • Will the repairs be done the same day?
    We try really hard to make sure you can get back on the road fast, usually on the same day. But sometimes, it might take a couple of days if we need to wait for parts.
  • Do you offer a warranty?
    We do offer a 1 year/ 12,000 mile warranty for parts
  • Can I supply my own parts?
    You can use your own parts if you want, but just know that it might cancel our warranty because we can't be sure about the quality of those parts.
  • What kind of oil do you use?
    We only use oils that are approved by the factory, which can either be synthetic or synthetic high-mileage. You can ask for a specific brand if you'd like.
  • Is there a travel charge?
    There is no travel charge for local repairs, only $5 an hour is charged for jobs distancing over 10 miles. You'll be notified of this charge when providing an over-the-phone estimate.
  • What's the difference between an estimate and a diagnosis?
    An estimate is provided over the phone based based off information provided by a customer regarding a certain repair. A diagnosis is in person and is a job provided to pinpoint and exact problem as to which repair will be needed.
  • Can I bring car to you?
    We are strictly a mobile shop and come to the provided location for all repairs.
  • Are you Certified?
    All our technicians are ASE Certified in the type of service provided. Our shop is also ASE Blue Seal Accredited meaning at least 75% of our technicians are ASE Certified in all services offered.
  • How long will the repair take?
    Our diagnosis usually take around an hour and the repairs are based upon the service manuals alloted time for each job which varies depending on each repair and vehicle type.
  • Does the diagnosis fee get applied to the
    Our techs are highly trained and unfortunately while they spend time diagnosing your vehicle, to ensure they are paid for their work, the repairs are seperate.
